His international advocacy work includes leading the efforts at the World Bank to generate support for and to establish a Global NGO that is now working in 191 countries as part of the International Red Cross. He is now active in ensuring that the developing World is s not left behind in the AI revolution and that the Digital Divide does not get any wider .
Eugene CHERNYSHOV ( programmer, Global-ai Solutions) has over 20 years’ experience as a programmer and 15 years running a bespoke software company. Eugene has expertise in smartphone applications , website integration and AI-related issues. He is familiar with different Large Language Models especially as they enable development of AI-Agents for various functions and on different platforms
Tatiana REUSCHE (Social Media Manager, Global -ai Solutions ) has over 20 years of experience in public and private sector organisations doing media marketing and in developing and implementing social media campaigns. Tatiana manages the Global-ai and IAAD Social Media channels.

Somnuk MEKTAKUL (Lao PDR) has extensive work experience under the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT/Laos) and has worked at international, national and provincial level across sectors such as Traffic Police, Public Health, Education, Finance and NGOs. He is a former Director of the Traffic Management Division and the Head Office to the National Road Safety Commission (NRSC). Somnuk now plays an advisory role to the Board of Director General of MPWT Cabinet on the topic of Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation
Najmul A HUSSAIN ( Bangladesh ) is Director of Administration and Road Safety Program, BRAC (www.brac.net) and is the former Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police and Chairman Bangladesh Road Transport Authority. A graduate of the Police Staff College, UK he is an experienced law enforcement, road safety and transportation professional. Mr. Najmul Hussain is an active member of the National Road Safety Council and drafting committee of Bangladesh Road Safety Law
Md. Reaz UDDIN ( Bangladesh ) has been working as Deputy Manager, Road Safety Programme, BRAC since 2019. Reaz pursued his post-graduation in Finance from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He loves to play cricket and watch the latest tech reviews and news. He is interested in exploring the latest gadgets and new AI-driven technologies and features. Reaz supports his colleagues in digitizing their works and supports in adopting new technologies for doing their work more easily and efficiently
Shabeer MOHAMMED ( India ) is the CEO of Sherwood technocrats and consultants , a dedicated road safety consulting firm. Shabeer is working in various states in India as a road safety management specialist, Road safety analyst and , Expert in Road safety campaigns, communications and multistakeholder processes.He has particular skills in community engagement and participatory development
Filiz HOSUKOGLU (Turkeiye) has worked with municipalities, development agencies, World Bank, EU and UN agencies in Türkiye. Her work covers cultural heritage, women entrepreneurship, migration, livelihoods for hosting communities and migrants under temporary protection, road safety, and advocacy for interventions to decrease the road crashes, supporting small and medium enterprises to have a space in global markets. She travelled to more than 20 countries to represent the work done within the projects she and her team have been implementing.
Rasha DAGHLASS ( Palestine ) is an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in building scalable and efficient software solutions with skills in multiple programming languages and development frameworks, She is passionate about career coaching, helping aspiring engineers navigate their professional journey and conducts live coaching sessions, webinars, and workshops . She as works with SAWAED 19 an NGO dedicated to encouraging and managing volunteers across many sectors
Prof Krsto LIPOVAC ( Serbia ) has 30+ years of experience in teaching and research on road safety, traffic engineering and traffic policing issues. Professor at both the University and Academy for Police Studies in Belgrade. He is a former Director of Serbian Road Safety Agency, member and adviser to several National Road Safety Councils and author of numerous university textbooks. He takes particular interest in Policing , transport and road safety issues affecting municipalities and communities

Eric MAFUYEKA ( South Africa) specialises in road safety and skills development training and education and extensive experience in law enforcement , road safety, education ,defensive driver training and accident investigation . He has project management experience and has worked in government and private sector organisations . He has been a member of the National Road Safety Advisory Council in his country

Saloman ESNAUT (Gabon) is general Inspector in charge of internal audits and anti frausd initiatives . Has experience in establishing risk management and internal control processes
Amadou THIAM ( Senegal ) is a Deputy Operations Director , Highway infrastructure with particular expertise in road safety and engineering and with experience in operations optimisation and project management
Raoul SEIMENI ( Congo ) General Manager of Pan African News Agency disseminating environmental information across Africa covering all forms of media. A very experienced journalist, documentary maker and audio visual specialist with an extensive network across national and international print and television media organisations
Anne Leocadie NGO MBOGOL ( Cameroun ) is a specialist in institutional and regulatory aspects, decentralization policy and governance. She has experience in studies and surveys in many countries in sub-Saharan Africa including Institutional support to state and non-state organizations in charge of transport and mobility issues, strengthening the technical capacities of State actors at the central / local levels and experience in project cycle management according to the EU and World Bank
Leandro TERCETTE ( Brazil ) is a full stack developer specialising in Web development and has particular experience in project and product engineering with experience of relevant programming tools and languages. He has participated in all stages of development on international projects with specialised teams from China, USA and European countries. Hi experience includes installation of new technologies and components in Company systems to optimise the control of industrial processes .
Dr Hilda Maria GOMEZ ( Columbia ) is a recognised expert in the development and deployment of transport and road safety strategies for the Inter-American and CAF Development Banks in Latin America. She is an International Road Federation (IRF) Global Road Achievement Award (GRAA) winner 2012 and is a multilingual speaker. She excels at fostering productive relations with key stakeholders at all levels and is a visionary, innovative, and creative thinker
Cesar LAGOS ( Chile ) has a master’s degree in civil engineering and a Diploma in Administration . He has extensive experience of managing construction projects for public and private sector organisations at National and provincial level . He has particular expertise in managing teams and in solving customer problems due to his strong communication skills.
